Society Cafe Cheltenam
Full design and fit out of Society Cafe’s 6th site in Cheltenham’s town centre.
Society Café are a great independent specialist Coffee shop with 5 other sites in Bath, Bristol and Oxford. Kärna were approached to provide a full interior design of their new site in Cheltenham. This period property over two floors is in the town centre with beautiful feature windows and facia.
Project Summary
Karna worked collaboratively with the owners of the business providing a full interior design and interior specification. We designed and produced all joinery and fitted items including counter, merchandise display and bespoke furniture.
The design and fit needed to reflect Society’s contemporary look, and comfortable customer-focused environment with considerable consideration given to the counter and service point.
We designed and fabricated the counter, bespoke metal fabricated shelving with solid oak shelving, bespoke dining and work tables and banquette. The colours, finishes and fabrics reflected the deco style of the site with its beautiful full-height windows.
Project completion March 2023.
